Susan “Sue” Anderson

Susan “Sue” Anderson, 60, Oconto Falls, died Sunday morning, March 3, 2024 at home with family present, following an aggressive battle with breast cancer.  She was born April 17, 1963 in Mosinee to Bruce and Glendene (O’Keefe) Zdzieblowski.  Sue will be fondly remembered as a loving wife, caring mother and devoted daughter who possessed a servant’s heart with a devotion to her God and family that few could match.

She leaves behind her husband of 42 years, James Anderson; their children, Leah (Todd) Shafer and Nathan (Misty) Anderson; six grandchildren, Faith, Trenton, Kamryn, Allayna, Abbigail and Erik; her parents, Bruce and Glendene Zdzieblowski; her siblings, Tim (Susan), Mark (Bridget), Marge (Jeff) Gilbertson, Marcy (Bernie) McCarthy, David and Pam; many nieces and nephews as well as her very special friend, Renae.

She was preceded in death by brother Mike, Uncle Bill and nephew Adam.

Visitation with the urn present will be held at Hillside Assembly of God Church in Gillett from 10-12pm on Saturday, March 23, 2024.  A celebration of life will be held following the visitation at 12pm at the church with Pastor Jon Carlson officiating.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials may be made to Unity Hospice, 2366 Oak Ridge Circle, DePere, WI 54115.
