Sandra Faye Lambrecht-Bigelow, 72, Oconto Falls, passed away suddenly at home on Sunday, June 25, 2023.  She was born on June 16, 1951 in Oconto Falls to the late Myrl Sr. and Stella (French) Lambrecht.

Sandra graduated from Gillett High School in 1969. She later met Neil Bigelow and were married in 1975. Sandra worked for Scott Paper, Northern Shoe Factory, Mirro Aluminum, REM Healthcare, and most recently for the United States Postal Service until retirement in 2013. She also was involved with the Boy Scouts as a den mother and Grace Lutheran Church as Sunday school teacher. Sandra had a love for cats and the neighborhood chipmunks which she call her “chips.”

In addition to her parents, Sandra is preceded in death by her brother Myrl Lambrecht Jr.

Sandra will be greatly missed by her husband, Neil Bigelow; children, Randy (Jane) Bigelow, Mike (Hannah) Bigelow, Matt (Shromona) Bigelow; grandchildren, Debbie (Nate), Robert (Shellie); great-grandchildren, Kyle (Brandi), Breanna (Dylan), Ayden, Leah, and Fisher; great-great-grandchildren, Emmerson, Nora, and Kabian.  She is further survived by her sibling, Carol (Bill) Helser, sister-in-law, Kathy Lambrecht, nephew Justin (Rochelle) Lambrecht and son Liam.

Friends and family may visit on Friday, June 30 at Jones Funeral Service, 107 South Franklin St., Oconto Falls, from 10:30am until 12:00pm. A funeral service will follow at noon with Pastor Gary Olson officiating. Burial at Wanderer’s Rest Cemetery in Gillett will take place immediately following the service.
