Terry Flanigan, 72, Oconto Falls, died suddenly of natural causes Wednesday, April 20, 2022.  He was born March 9, 1950 in Arkansas and was raised by Harley “Doc” and Betty (Burns) Davis in Port Washington, WI. Joanne Monfort, 82, Kelly Lake, died Friday evening, March 18, 2022 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay.  She was born April 2, 1939 to Edward and Louise (Yakel) Skarban.
