Judy A. Braun

Judy “Mumma” A. Braun, 79, Gillett, died peacefully Thursday morning, October 5, 2023 surrounded by her family.  She was born February 24, 1944 in Kiel to Merlin and Henrietta (Bartel) Wiesner.  Judy grew up in the Kiel area where she graduated high school.

On February 5, 2005 she married Jeff Braun in Oconto.  Judy was always willing to open her home to others, share her warm hugs and care for others.  She was also well known as a huge and very loud Packer fan.  Judy was much loved and will be greatly missed.

Survivors are her husband, Jeff Braun, Gillett; her five children, Scott (Marcy) Wolfe, Gillett; Ken (special friend Val) Wolfe and Rodney (Kath-a-leen) Wolfe, all of Green Bay; twins, Matthew (Shannan) Marsnik-Wolfe, Minneapolis, MN and Michelle (Christopher) Noffke, Gillett; 11 grandchildren and other step-grandchildren; twin brothers, Jim (Jenny) Wiesner, Manitowoc and John (Liz) Wiesner, New London; one sister, Joan (Richard) Dewey, Manitowoc; four sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law, Sandy Wiesner, Milwaukee; Sherry Konitzer, Lena; Marge Braun, Pulaski; Sheila Braun, Canada; Rick (Karen) Braun, Green Bay; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, stepmother Bernice Wiesner, one brother Jerry Wiesner and two brothers-in-law Danny and Bruce Braun.

Private family services will be held.
