Jim Morrissey

Jim Morrissey, 82, Oconto Falls, died suddenly Tuesday afternoon of natural causes at St. Clare ER.  He was born February 23, 1940 at the family home in Oconto Falls.  Jim grew up in Oconto Falls where he attended public schools.  He married Kathleen Lister and they had two children together.  Jim lived most of his life in the Oconto Falls area, except for a time in the mid-1970’s to mid-80’s in South Dakota, and was a self-employed carpenter.  Jim was a lifelong member of the Oconto Falls United Methodist Church.

Survivors are his two children, Heidi (John) Herriges, Milwaukee; Tim (Cyndi) Morrissey, Oconto Falls; four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; one sister, Marilyn (Jerry) Stillings, Fond du Lac.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will take place after 9:00 am THIS SATURDAY, March 11, 2023 at the Oconto Falls United Methodist Church until time of funeral service at 11:00 am Saturday.
