Hazel Grace Kazik, stillborn daughter of Keaton and Courtney (Lisowe) Kazik, died Saturday, April 8, 2023 at an area hospital. Survived by parents, 6 year old big brother Gunner; paternal grandparents, James (Debbie) Kazik and Tina (John) Fetterly; maternal grandparents, Tim and Jean Lisowe; paternal great grandparents, Eugene and Judy Kazik; Regina Brickner; maternal great grandparents, Bill and Marie Grady; aunts and uncles: Becky (Kenny) Behnke, Amy (Troy) Brehmer, Maureen (Dave) Fetterly, Evan (Sam) Kazik, Marissa (Todd) Brown and Megan (Chris) Fetterly; many cousins.
Preceded in death by paternal great grandfather, Armon Zahn and Marvin Brickner and maternal great grandparents, Mathew Lisowe, Bob and Shirley Beaumia.
Private family services will be held.
