Mary Bukowski, 63, Oconto Falls, died suddenly Monday evening, October 3, 2022 at St. Clare ER.  She was born September 12, 1959 in Oconto Falls to Joseph and La Verne (Loberger) Bukowski.  Mary grew up on the family farm in rural Oconto Falls and attended school.  Following graduation from high school, she worked for Bond Pickle in Oconto.

Mary lived all of her life in Oconto Falls where she held various jobs through New View Industries in Gillett, working in area restaurants, farms and most recently for Iverson’s Piggly Wiggly.  Mary was well known in the area as a big Oconto Falls Panther Backer, attending all sports activities.  Back in high school, she was the team mascot.

Survivors are her four siblings, JoAnn (Al) Williquette, Stiles; Joe (Suzi) Bukowski, Oconto Falls; Ken (Bonnie) Bukowski and Tom Bukowski, all of Gillett; her Godmother, Ruth Loberger, Oconto; many family members who she dearly loved and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation with the urn present will be held after 12 noon Monday, October 10, 2022 until 2:00pm at Jones Funeral Service in Oconto Falls, followed by a family prayer service.  Burial will follow in St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery, Oconto Falls.

All those in attendance are encouraged to wear their Panther or Packer attire to honor Mary’s love of sports.
